About Us
The idea of The Greenhouse Collective, LLC birthed from the question, “What if we make soil good, can more seeds grow?” Oftentimes we blame the individual or a marginalized community for their lack of growth or participation. However, when a plant in your home does not grow, do you automatically think your plant is damaged or incapable of reaching its full potential? Likely, the answer is no.

We rearrange the environment. We adjust the temperature, or perhaps, move the plant to another area to receive more sunlight. The bottom-line is we keep trying and do our best to create favorable conditions to help plants bloom. What if we had that same approach to the people in our workplace, to our underutilized communities. The potential in each person still exists; unfortunately, not every person can be the rose that breaks through the concrete.
The Greenhouse Collective, LLC is designed to help organizations think strategically about how to revamp their culture of belonging, reimagine how growth is measured, and reengineer the way in which we gather so more people feel safe. How we meet matters. The preparation of the environment significantly impacts a person’s expectation. Through our services we help cultivate microenvironments within an organization through meeting facilitation. We train leaders on a three-step approach that helps them shift their perspective which allows high potential learners to grow. We also work directly with high potential learners on how to identify and then cultivate their greatness. Lastly, we provide a fresh perspective to your event and program offerings to maximize its impact. Our belief is that anyone can thrive in the right conditions. The key is understanding what it takes to create the right conditions within your organization and then having the willingness to execute it.
